EMS main sensor harness questions

I was looking at the EMS main sensor wiring harness, and this is what is on the label:

Stenair
EMS-D10/D120/D180
Main Sensor harness
P/N: 100399-000

1. Is this the right part number? For one, it does not mention Skyview. I did order the Skyview EMS module as well, and this is what came in the box.

2. Only if this is the right harness, then in this harness, one end has the 37-pin dsub, and on the other end of 6ft is a 9pin female dsub. Where is the 9pin dsub supposed to connect to?

Thanks,
Jae

you have the right harness... the d-sub is legacy for connection to the previous generation units and is not used with skyview... just look at the pinout details in the manual and it provides the correct detail; it also highlights the need to remove a couple of wires that are designated as extra thermocouple sensors but the harness comes with standard signal wire.

I'm a bit surprised there isn't at least the proper label with the Skyview name on it. oh well.

Just to complete the thread, the 9pin dsub has these pins on it:
11 Orange General Purpose Input 7
12 Yellow General Purpose Input 8
30 Black Ground

Thus, it looks like it's safe to either remove those wires or just completely ignore the dangling 9pin dsub or cut it off later.

Thanks!
Jae

While you are looking at the EMS harness, it would be good to verify each pin out, as I had two CHT 5 leads. It turned out to just be a miss label, but it could catch someone else out.
