EMS module installation problem

Hello every one.I have a problem regarding EMS module installation
After installation when I installed EMS module 25,37,9 pin plug and power on EMS SCREEN THEN WHOLE EMS SENSOR SHOWING CROSS.is there internal problem in EMS module or circuit problem.please Amy one help me

You have low amps connected (pin 25), but do you have high amps (pin 24) connected?

How much voltage is on pin 5?

I think he may mean the entire Engine page is an X. Did you go into setup and do a network configuration? This is required for the Skyview to "see" the EMS (and any other modules).

He's had an EMS for at least a year. Not sure if he installed a new one, but he's done it before.

I done all the thing,force load,configuration and at the end I replace Module and problem is solve.thanks
