I am wiring my EMS and plan on using the ignition inputs for RPM (Pins 32 and 33). Will these work if I also have installed a Slick Start on my IO540?.The Slick Start also hooks to the left mag's P lead and sends alternating current to boost the spark. Is this going to cause a problem, or do I need to wire the EMS so it disconnects from the mag during start boost?
