I am working on a Flight Design CTLSi with the dual 10" Skyviews. I am trying to track down a errant, and sometimes missing amperage reading. The lane A&B voltages remain steady, and the battery voltage remains steady. I have seen as high as -50 amperage indications. The - indications also seem to go higher as RPM increases. I have checked connections short of disassembling plugs. I have tightened all grounding points.

Anyone know of this problem on other aircraft? Any suggestions on where to look?

Thanks in advance.

If you're using the "AMPS SHUNT" to measure current, it's often the case that one of the fuses, or fusible links that are specified to be in series between the AMPS SHUNT and the SV-EMS-221 are blown. That will make the readings unreliable.

Keep in mind that Lane A&B voltages refer to the voltages inside the Rotax 912 iS controller only - no relation to voltages in the electrical system.
