I have just installed a D180 and started the engine (Continental O-200) for the first time yesterday. All went well except for the CHT readings. Prior to engine start all 4 CHT's were reading accurate ambient temperature (about 100F) but soon after start all 4 CHT's were reading very erratically. They all read very low from 60F to negative 20F and continued to be erratic after shut down and cycling power. All other sensors seemed to be nominal. As all 4 failed simultaneously it doesn't feel like a harness problem.
