Hi!

I have tried to load EU high res 04 database several times. I get error message on the end of the process (cca 90%), Load failed cannot write to a file. Have tried different USB keys, I have also downloaded database for second time.
No clue what to do next.

Thanks for help, Iztok Š.

Try plugging the USB key into the back of the screen instead of the cable. Does that help? Also, if you have the patience to try downloading a different region, just for troubleshooting purposes, try that. That might help narrow it down too.

So the unit is actually loaded via USB here, and we know that the files works (they've all been tested) so it sounds like the file might be getting corrupted somewhere in the download or copy to the USB stick. One thing you can do is check that is to verify that the file you have is the same as the file that we have. To do that, download this program:

http://download.cnet.com/MD5-amp-SHA-1-Checksum-Utility/3000-2092_4-10911445.html?tag=mncol;4

Then, point it at reg-04-europe.dup on your computer. The program will appear to be frozen for a while (at least a few minutes, maybe longer). Eventually, it will generate an MD5 hash. It should match this:

4DD94D310DD0625C1CCC9BA2CD71A868

You can copy the above into the program and click the "verify" button to confirm they do in fact match.

If they do, repeat the above, but comparing to the reg-04-europe.dup file that is actually on the USB stick. Note that the program will appear frozen for a long while because reading from USB will be slower than the hard drive).

Let us know what you discover.

This solved the problem. Looks like that something went wrong during transfer to USB key. I also suggest to safely remove disk if using windows. If using MAC OS X this is mandatory anyway.
Thanks to Dynon for their support. Iztok Š.
