Error pasword.duc file Skyview

Greetings, I have a problem with wrong velocimeter indication in my skyview, when trying to enter the calibration menu, it only gives the option to update, download the respective files to update from your page, when trying to load the file, it shows a message that says "need pasword.duc file". try with all the available updates files, (Eu, Us, others) and always throw this message.
where I find this file? or how I do it?. Thanks. these are installed in a Evektor Sport star RTC

This means that the aircraft manufacturer has enabled features available to them which allows them to restrict configuration and updates, which are sometimes required to comply with local certification/approvals. You'll need to ask Evektor for the ability to make changes to this system.
