Exclamation mark before time

An install of 2x sv700 show an exclamation mark before the time I. Top centre of the displays . We updated the software to the latest version with no change . If anyone has seen this and knows the cause and how to fix this please let me know - thanks in advance

You need to perform the backup battery test. Battery needs to be fully charged first.

How do you charge the backup battery

Anytime the Skyview is turned on, and the buss voltage is above 12.25 volts, the Skyview will internally charge the backup battery.
