Faded Sectional Display Contrast

For some reason the sectional layer of my map display has very little contrast.  If I zoom in fairly close it is better but zoomed out it becomes very low contrast and due to the low contrast difficult to read.  I have been thinking it was some other overlaying terrain, WX, causing it but turning those layers off does nothing to improve it.  BTW system is 7" skyview classic dual screen, GPS 250, Sykview Transponder, ADSB-470. 
Anybody else seeing a change in their sectional display clarity?

The ADSB target data is not easy to see and needs to be fixed.
