Firmware 12.2 install problem

Updated #1 SV-700 seemingly fine as with numerous previous upgrades.

Tried updating #2 but immediately get an error msg on screen saying TruTrac autopilot offline and all units must be communicating in order to begin install. Autopilot's screen does read OFF now instead of normally ON with power ON. Unable to turn a/p ON now either.

Checked Network Settings on #1 and it says #1,#2 & #3 ADHARS NORMAL but #4 ADHARS not connected!

Any suggestions appreciated.

There must be some miscommunication here.

We don't care or know if a TruTrak AP is present or turned on. But we would know if you were using Dynon's Autopilot.

We also only support 3 AHRS units, and it's extremely uncommon to have more than 2, much less 4.

Can you please take a closer look at the error you are seeing, and describe what Dynon devices you have?

Miscommunication? I guess.

But when I gave this situation to tech support today they quickly suggested to simply turn screen #1 OFF and then try upgrading #2.

Worked like a charm. All good now.
