FlightDEK180-Incomplete Booting

Since its installation in 2010, my FlightDEK 180 (EMS display) has failed to display an operating,"Oil Pressure Guage" and,"Tachometer" if allowed to "Boot" on the aircraft's Master Switch. To get these items active, one must turn the Master Switch off and let the screen go blank. then turn the Master Switch on and off and wait with the blue screen until the set goes onto its own reserve battery, then all instruments will operate normally.

Where do I start short of sending it away for service?

That's weird. I'm trying to remember if you're tickling a "feature" that might look like a bug if something were mis-configured, but, I'm not coming up with anything. Can you take a couple of pictures of the screen in both states (or a video of the whole process, if that's possible) and email it to support at dynonavionics dot com?

I have forwarded 8 video clips which are chronologically correct which hopefully demonstrate the problem.
