Freezing screen

Since nearly 2 months, my MCR01 VLA doesn't fly (SB application)...
But I come to run the engine every 15 days.
Since few days, I have a new problem: my screen is freezing, seconds stop on the upper clock, and nothing happens when I use rotating and softkeys.
I need to shutdown the SV-D1000 to reboot everything.
At first, it works well again, but few minutes after... Freeze again :'(

My configuration: SV-D1000 + SV-ADAHRS-200 + SV-OAT-340 + SV-GPS-250 + SV-EMS-220 + 2 SV-32
No SV-BAT
3.2.0 update
SV-MAP-270 in 30 hrs trial
Jeppesen database, but out of date

Please, what's wrong?

Unfortunately, that does sounds like a hardware problem with the SV-D1000 display. Please email our support team at support at dynonavionics dot com or call them at 425-402-0433 for further help.

I received the new screen (new serial number). But impossible to install the AV_DATA and OB_DATA files from Jeppesen that I installed on the former screen before.

What can I do to install them without having to pay Jeppesen a second time?

If you give Jeppesen customer service a call and explain the situation, you should be able to get a credit on your account that will allow you to re-download that data cycle again. Let us know if you're unable to get the support you need there.
