After succesfully updating to firmware 3.3, I have a new problem: my screen is freezing after using the "goto" function.
I have to shut down or reboot the unit, but it freezes again and again when using a nav function (goto or FPL)
Any idea?
Thanks

Configuration:
SV-D1000 + SV-ADAHRS-200 + SV-OAT-340 + SV-GPS-250 + SV-EMS-220
3.3.0 update

Did you update your aviation and obstacles database? That's likely the culprit (although we don't know of any bug here, that's my best guess)

Also, what is your database source, and what cycle do you have? Check under SETUP MENU > LOCAL DISPLAY SETUP > INSTALLED DATABASES. Also, what airport are you trying to go to when it freezes? Or do you not even get that far?

That's not something we've heard of, and given that it is starting to fail earlier in the process, it may be a hardware failure.

Here's what we'd suggest:

Unplug the SkyView Network cables from the back of the screen (the 9 pin ones). Now boot up SkyView and see if it works any differently. If it's still locking up, then you have a hardware issue in the screen and we need to see it.

If it isn't locking up, then you need to see if it's your EMS or ADAHRS that is causing the problem by plugging just one in at a time. We've never heard of a module locking up a screen, so I doubt this is the issue but it's worth a try.
