I have a EMS-D10 which all of a sudden is no longer showing fuel flow and also the one fuel quantity guage is over reading. I have changed the transducer but to no avail. Could it maybe just be simply a set up problem and one of the numerous students have managed to get into the set up pages and inadvertently made changes? Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Is fuel flow no longer even displayed on the screen? If not, you'll find the display toggle under SETUP>SENSORS>FUEL FLOW. If it is on the screen, but always 0, you may need to do some deeper troubleshooting that would involve things like checking to make sure the sender is getting power.

As for quantity, you may simply need to recalibrate the one tank that isn't reading. Is this a new problem as well, or has the quantity discrepancy always been there?

Many thanks for your assistance. I checked grounds and power on the fuel flow sensor and there were none. Tracing the wiring back I discovered there was a 6 pin male to female connector behind the instrument panel which had been, I suppose, inadvertently disconnected. On reconnecting this, fuel quantities read correctly and fuel flow worked.
