Hello,
I've got a Sting Carbon, and burn fuel at an average rate of 16L/hour with a Rotax 912 iS and EMS 221.
the Skyview shows 12L/hour consumption.
I have no sensor installed. Informations came from the Rotax ECU.In my mind, ECU informations are more precise than flow sensors (with the Roatx you must install two sensors and it is very very difficult to have good calibration).
But in my case, I remarked a difference of 2 liter/hour with the reality, that mean 15/20% and 10 liters of difference when I fly 5 hours. It is a lot.
Could you create a calibration menu which permit to adjust ECU informations in % ? like for sensors .

As ANDRIEU said, fuel flow should be very accurate. But we noticed 2 liters less than the real consumption.
So I strongly support the Andrieu's idea. Having a fuel flow setup, we Will be able to get very accurate fuel flow.
Could you havé a look on such fonctionality?
