Fuel flow greater than limit

Hi every one
.I have problem regarding fuel flow.after 30 mint of flight fuel flow showing 23 at 2000 RPM ,normal range is 10 to 12 GPH.at idle RPM fuel flow 12 GPH
.I have FT 60 sensor..after landing and Cut off the engine .I start again at ground but problem was same.any one please help me
.is there sensor problem or circuit problem

It could be either sensor or circuit. If you have any bubbles in the fuel (air bubbles, or fuel vapor bubbles) the FT-60 will see each of those bubbles as an extra "pulse" that will artificially increase your fuel flow. The fuel is not flowing faster - but the sensor believes it is.

On the circuit side, if you have a bad connection on the power or ground that "makes and breaks", then each time the power or ground reconnects you will get an additional "pulse" that the panel screen will read as a fuel moving. If you have a weak wire connection that vibrates with the engine you can get a LOT of additional pulses that way - enough to double your normal fuel flow.
