fuel flow voltage ( pin 15) low

hi i have problem with fuel flow sensor, i have tried to read the voltage from pin 15 on the EMS D-120 37 pin connector and is near 6,4 volt ( instead 14) i have found also 3.3 volt on yellow cable, it it ok? the flow sensor is the " red box"

You are correct- Pin 15 should be around 12V. If you are 100% sure you are measuring the right pin and that the wire actually goes to that pin, then there is something wrong with the EMS. There is 6V on a lot of other pins though, so I would guess somehow you are reading the wrong pin, or the harness is mis-wired.

There should be 3.3V on the yellow wire, so that is correct.
