Fuel flow

Question regarding fuel flow calibration. I am running an automotive conversion that is fuel injected. This fuel system is a continuous flow type with 2 flow transducers installed. While adjusting the flow transducers per the Dynon installation guide pg 7-65, (fuel used computed divided by fuel filled actual) is this number to be used to adjust both transducers or just one? During initial setup I would run the fuel pumps and adjust only one of the transducers until I obtained a flow of "zero" since I was not "using" any fuel as the engine was not running. This made sense, but I see nothing about this step in the Dynon guide.

Kevin,
You do need to adjust both numbers at the same time, and your process of zeroing out the flow with the fuel pump on but the engine off is the right one. When you adjust the main sensor, do the math as described, and adjust it. Then go in and adjust the return one until it cancels out the main sensor without the engine running.

We'll make a note to try and get this added to a future install manual.

That makes sense, thanks Dynon. At first, I was using the ratio for both transducers and it seemed I was not able to dial it in very accurately.
