Hi Dynon support

The "max" indication of the fuel level has been incorrectly set by the manufacturer of my plane (70 ltrs instead of 80 ltrs) .

Do I have to go through a complete recalibration of the tank to change this ?

Regards

If you're talking about the actual fuel quantity indicators, it may actually be that 70 liters is the max that the fuel level sensor are able to see. In which case, they'll show "pegged" at 70 until the sensors fall beneath that value. So no matter how many times you recalibrate, 70 is all that you'll get if this is the case.

If you're talking about the fuel computer's "full" value, however, that value can be tweaked without calibrating. It's simply a preset under SETUP>FUEL. Make sure that you confirm that there is actually usable fuel beyone 70 liters though.
