Since Installation my Fuel Pressure never shows 0, but steady 0.5, when the Fuelsyst is unpressurized. With Fuel Pump ON / Engine running the Indication seems to be ok. What can I do ?

This is most likely a bad fuel pressure sender and this seems to be very common with VDO senders. You can change it or live with it, but it may eventually do it again.
If your reading was 4.5 psi, in the real world would it make any difference if it was 4 psi or 5.0 psi? You wouldnt really know if it was truely right or wrong and looking at the gauge while flying you probably wouldn't care because it would show in the proper range. Many pilots have readings of just a tad off and really never know it unless they test them from time to time or happen to see something like you did.

Before we guess at anything, what System is this on (SkyView, D120, etc) and what sensor are you using?

EMS D-120 with the Standard 0-30 PSI sensor (Dynon P/N 100411-000).

So what we were going to say is that if you have the newer Kavlico (3 wire), that non-zero PSI when at rest is normal because of the way they work with the D10/D100 series products. But you have the style we sold before we switched to those.

We stopped selling the older style sensors that you have because they aren't crazy precise and also tend to have various small performance issues like the one you're seeing. Because of the mechanical design of the sensor, it's possible for it to be a bit "stiky" like you're seeing, but still indicate correctly. If you think you're getting the correct PSI while operating, the fact that it's offset when at rest doesn't mean that it needs to be replaced.
