Fuel Pressure reading always 16psi, RV-12 D-180 Kavlico 101690-000

Need suggestions to trouble shoot a recent glitch where my D-180 in my RV-12 is showing a fuel pressure reading of 16 psi always! It shows this whether power on or off, engine running or not, electric fuel pump on or off, even with Kavlico sensor disconnected. Prior to this glitch appearing, no issues for years. Tried purging the dead-end fuel line, cleaning sensor orifice, checked wiring, etc. Ugh!

My first suspect would be the sensor. Is there another sensor you can swap the wiring with as a test?

But if you still get the same reading without the sensor connected then it would point at the EMS input channel as the source
