fuel pressure sensor life span?

is it true Dynon's Fuel Injected Pressure Sender-Kavlico 101716-000 needs to be replaced every 5 years?
does it contain any rubber parts so it has to be replaced under 5 year all rubber parts replacement program?
or is there any other reason why this part needs to be replaced every 5 years?
i did not find this in Dynon manuals only in my aircraft maintenance manual and perhaps it is refered to general sensors which can contain rubber membranes/seals?
please let me know if i need to replace this sensor every 5 years.

I don’t have this sensor but in general I check everything every year and replace when it breaks. If it isn’t broke why replace it? If it failed it wouldn’t be a emergency just no indication of pressure. I have the sensor that was before the Kavlico and it’s been 10 years without any issues. The kavlico is meant to be a improvement on the one I have so I would assume the same lifespan.

I am just wondering if there is any chance there is some degradable material (example: rubber) inside the sensor which can lead to sensor critical failure and starts fuel leak. In this case i am rather replacing the sensor before it fails. But if there is no chance of fuel leak due to old sensor then i would use it until it doesent show propper values any more. in this case seems useles to change it every 5 years.

I am not aware of an issue. My Kavlico sensors are right around 5 years now(flying for 4 yrs), and haven't given me any issues.
Depending on what kind of aircraft certificate your plane has, the maintenance manual recommendations may or may not be an issue.
Could be an issue under S-LSA. Not an issue under E-LSA or any amateur built aircraft.

There isn't a replacement recommendation interval based on age. Their spec'd operating life cycle per the manufacture is "minimum 10 million full pressure cycles over the full range".
