Hy there: I´m an RV-9A owner from Brasil, with EMS-D-120 and VANS :) float type level tank probes. From 55 liters to 70 liters (full tank) there is no variation in float sensor movement. So I don´t have fuel correct indications. Is any solution already done for this?

This is true for all Van's airplanes, and probably most others. There is no way to measure those final liters or gallons, but in actual use, it really doesn't matter. You know the tanks are full because you did a visual check before takeoff, you know that the first 15 liters will not show any change in your fuel level. You take off on one of the tanks, let it burn down until you have a change in indication, switch to the other tank and let it burn down until you have an indication and from there on you just switch to keep the load balanced. The Fuel Flow totalizer tells you how much fuel you have on board, and it is not effected at all by the tank level indicators. If you calibrate the fuel levels per Dynon's instructions, they are very accurate once you get into the range of your tank probes, but the totalizer is the real tool that tells you how much fuel you have left on board. Think of it this way, the fuel totalizer tells you how much you have and the fuel levels tells you where it is.

And just to clarify, this has nothing to do with the Dynon equipment. Due to the dihedral in the wing, the float, which is mounted at the root of the wing, hits the top of the tank before the outside part of the tank is full. No matter what device reads your float, you will get this behavior.
