GNS 430 and HSI/RMI

Hi. I'm about to buy a Garmin GNS 430 as COM1/NAV and I would like to use the new generation display as an EHSI. I will buy the 430 mainly for this aim and just wanted to be sure of that before the sale.

It will work, but receiving the radio end of things will probably be added after the inital product release (via an ARINC converter).
