GNS 480 and Skyview

I have recently installed a Garmin GNS 480 in my panel and it is working great with the Skyview via ARINC. I had a couple questions for those who use the 480 and Skyview.

1. I load a flight plan in the 480 and it goes the Skyview flight plan page, but the magenta line does not appear on the skyview map. Is this the norm?

2. Once I have a flight plan pushed to the Skyview from the 480, can I make updates or changes for the flight plan on the skyview?

3. Can I push comms from the skyview to the 480...like I can with my dynon comm

1) I think this post and the related thread has the config info you're looking for. You also need to tell SkyView to show that FPL on the map under FPL MENU > SHOW [SOURCE NAME] FPL ON MAP

2) No. The device doesn't allow SV to push updates to it. The updates need to come from entry to the device itself.

3) This one I'm not sure of, but I think it may work. Any owners out there with an answer to this?
