Wondering if a pressure xducer can be used on one of the GP inputs. Of course there is a wide selection of pressure xducers with varying voltage inputs and output levels. I just did not see much about the electrical interface spec (volt/current/impedence limits) on the GP writeup.

The 3 GP inputs have the hardware to accomodate a variety of resistive input senders. However, the way our software works right now, it expects a specific characterization for each sensor it supports. We characterize each sensor we support to ensure that the EMS meets our accuracy spec. It is possible to add a feature where a customer could calibrate any arbitrary sensor with the EMS on the GPs, along with changing the label to match the function.

While more flexible, this route also has some intricacies that we'd need to think through and ensure that we maintain the level of accuracy and precision the EMS now has. It would certainly be great if you could take any sensor you wanted and plugged it into the EMS and had it work. It's something we'll look at.
