First, today I fired up the Skyview for the first time in the plane. WOW!!

The displays are awesome.  I am bummed that I was stuck in the hangar, snow was way too deep to even roll the plane out to get a good GPS signal.

However, I looked through the manuals and could not find the process to switch the GPS inputs, I have three (separate from turning the serial ports on/off).

Is there a process, similar to the HS34, for switching the GPS input?

Thanks for a great product.  Tim

There is no switch for GPS today. Since GPS is only used for position, there isn't a quick way to switch between them. You have to turn off the primary in setup and it will switch to the secondary.

In the future, when the HSI is operational, we'll have a NAVSRC and BRGSRC selection for navigational info. The system will also auto fail down to GPS units that go offline.
