GPSmap 196 to EFIS D10A/EMS

I'm hooking up a 196 to my EFIS/EMS combo. The installation manual says to hook up "the" data line to pin 19, but... There are TWO data wires. One is Data+ and the other Data-. Seems like I'd want to hook Data+ to pin 19 and Data- to ground (ie, pin 17). Is this correct?

That's probably the serial receive, which we don't connect to, but it should not be grounded. In this version of the 196 manual, though, they're clearly named as data in, out, and ground. You want their data out connected to us, and their ground to our ground.
