I have a GTN-650 attempting to talk to my HS34, but I can’t seem to find a wiring diagram the supports this configuration. The GNS430/530 to HS34 is close, as is the GTN650 to SV-ARINC-429, but not exact.

Direct questions:

Do I use the ARINC 429 TX A and B from the HS34 as shown on the GNS 430 diagram, or omit it as shown with the SV to GTN diagram (I’m talking specifically about pins 12 and 24 of the HS 34 to pins 35 and 36 of P1004 on the GTN)?

How about “Serial RX 1” (pin 1) on the HS34 to “GPS RS232 out 1” (P1001 pin 8). Do I also need this signal line?

Now that GTN’s are common, is there any plan to update the HS-34 or other legacy Dynon product info to include the required connections?

The serial wire isn't used on the HS34 based system: On SkyView it is used to complete the 3D position source that SkyView needs for various mapping and synthetic vision oriented features. And you should be able to omit the two other wires as documented in the GTN/SkyView documentation. If memory serves the GNS series required discrete inputs for both the GPS and NAV sides of the product (because internally they're different electronics), while the GTN is OK with the single ARINC feed (it's more integrated). Note that as far as the HS34 goes, there's actually only one ARINC transmitter. There are just two sets of pins that are available to break it out to multiple receivers.
