Read the screen when you get that message, do as it says, read the manual - it's self explanatory.

Since yours is a certified aircraft, you may not have the installation manual, but you should download it it. In the current version (Rev P), this is on page 355. Your two EFISs have different file versions, so one of them needs to be updated.
