I entered the magnetic inclination and the total intensity in my Dynon 100. The heading read about 27 degrees of. I then put the plane on a known heading and adjusted  the heading adjust. The Dynon shows the right heading  on the direction of adjusted heading but is still about 20 degrees off on all other headings.

HELP  :(

Did you do the actual calibration or just enter the numbers? You need to do the inclination and intensity and the the calibration process.

How do you do the calibration after entering the magnetic inclination and the total intensity? :-?

Page 4-3, as I understand it, needs a D100 and a D10A to calibrate the heading. Am I reading it wrong? I only have the D100 in my plane. :-/

The D10A in the instructions is a EDC-D10A, not an EFIS-D10A. The EDC is called an EDC-D10A since it was designed for the original D10A, but it is the same between an EFIS-D10A or an EFIS-D100.

If you have any heading on your D100, your EDC-D10A is wired up correctly. Just follow the rest of the instructions.
