I am wondering if anyone has had a similar problem with fuel pressure. My D180 works great but after a short time the warning light across the bottom of the screen comes on. I hit the ack button and it goes off but comes right back on and then begins to go on and off. I have checked all of the wireing and it is solid so I am assuming that  I have a bad sending unit. I have had some good sugestions trouble shooting from Dynon Tech support but I am still not able to solve the problem. Anyone else have this problem what did you do to correct?

Hi Ron,

I think we need a bit more info to be helpful. There is no "trick" to setting this up, if you hook it up correctly and set the limits in the D180 setup menu it just works, unless there is a problem with the sensor or the D180.

What type of airplane?
What engine?
What type of fuel system (carb or Fuel injection)?
What fuel pressure limits have you set in the D180?
What fuel pressure is the D180 reporting when the alarm bar appears?

Best Regards,
Mel Jordan
