I have a D100. on the ground, the horizon reads perfectly flat, engine on and off, during the flight it goes 10 to 20 degrees off horizontal

Any ideas?

Thanks Glen

Are we talking pitch, roll, or heading errors. The first thing to check is whether your pitot and static are connected. Are you seeing expected IAS and altitude values? Incorrect airspeed will influence the attitude indication.

The horizon is off. (roll) indicates one wing is low by 10-20 degrees.
Pitch is OK, airspeed is perfect, compass and headings are fine
Altimeter is perfect, all verified by backup analogue dials, it just indicates it is flying one wing down by a large amount.

reads fine when stationary on the ground, when flying indicates one wing low.
Returns to correct level attitude when stationery on the ground
Its brand new and just started its test flying stage.

Best wishes
Glen

What does the turn rate indicator show (the bar below the heading tape) when your wing is indicating rolled low?

It does sound like like we'll need to take a look at your unit. Give technical support a call at 425-402-0433 for further assistance.
