How to select QWERTY keyboard

I know that you can select the default keyboard to be QWERTY (I see videos online and did a search in this group), but I can not find the setting digging through the menus.

Could someone please point me in the right direction.

SETUP MENU > LOCAL DISPLAY SETUP > TOUCH SETUP. Only works on the SV-D1000T (HDX).
