HS-34 Power On Problems

I recently completed the installation of all my dynon avionics. I have an EMS-D10, EFIS-D10A, EFIS-100 and an HS-34. I turned on the master and everything powered up fine, except the HS-34. then after a few minutes it came on for no apparent reason. When I powered off the master and turned it back on, no HS-34. Sometimes it comes on a few minutes later, sometimes never. Once it comes on, it stays on until I power the bus down. I checked pins 4 (power) and 17 (ground) and they are fine. I am using the Approach FastStack cables.

Any ideas?
