HS34 not connecting

Hello Dynonists,

I cannot get my HS34 to connect with my D180. The D180 and connected D10a appear to be working properly. The HS34 is powered up with all the lights on. The DSAB green and blue wires are connected properly (Steinair D180 harness). I have uploaded the lastest software 5 to the D180. I also cannot get the HS34 to connect to my PC so I cant check if the software is the same as the D180. (My PC worked fine with the D180 so I dont think its a fault with the PC) The HS34 is currently wired as described on page 9-13, 'universal connections'. I have done the configuation proceedure several times but the D180 will not recogise the HS34. I have also connected an SL30 to pins 15 and 2. However I have now disconnected the SL30 but still cannot get the HS34 to connect with the D180 or my PC.

Any ideas? :-/

ITS FIXED!!!, I've just realised i put the pins into plug back-to-front. It powered up okay but the connecters in the plugs were bearly touching the male pins on the back of the HS34. For those of you who hav'nt assembled one of the these 'D plugs' before, the colored ends go to the back of the plug... not the front as I did..
