The SkyView SV-XPNDR-26X mode S transponders can receive TIS traffic and display it on SkyView. It does this automatically when you have a Dynon transponder connected to SkyView (and you have everything configured correctly). Note that TIS is NOT ADS-B traffic. It's the traffic offered by what are now considered legacy ATC radar installations at some of the busier airports in the US only. It's slowly being phased out as the models of ground radar that support it are replaced by more modern hardware. The FAA intends for TIS-B (the ADS-B traffic product) to replace this functionality over time.
Beyond that, any other device that outputs the standard TIS serial protocol can also send traffic to SkyView. This includes devices like the Garmin GTX330 mode S transponder, the Zaon XRX, and the NavWorx ADS-B receiver (the NavWorx outputs its ADS-B traffic to look like a TIS data source to be compatible with a wider range of display devices, such as SkyView)
