SkyView is not an IFR navigator and does not have an instrument procedures database and cannot fly it. What it does have is a database of approach plates, but those are images and SkyView does not know what is on them.
To do this you need an external IFR navigator (Avidyne, Bendix-King, Garmin). SkyView will integrate very well with any of these, displaying their guidance and even having the autopilot follow it down.
