My internal battery drains my main battery. The voltage from the internal battery is maximum 15.6 V also after charging for hours. Under this condition the main battery spend the whole night long 0.6A to charge the internal battery until its empty.. :-[

The battery is new an the whole system is under construction shortly before the first flight.- Do I have to replace the battery or is there a other solution possible- maybee the new firmware will help??

Hi Marc,

We'll need to have your unit back here to fix it for sure; if you're running the latest firmware, updating might help. The other surefire way to stop the unit from discharging your aircraft battery is to disconnect keepalive. The internal battery will still charge when you have the unit on ships power while flying. Give us a call at 425-402-0433 for an RMA number to send your unit in for a look.
