I copied the new hardware update on the SD card and had this message when connecting the SD card on my Skyview for update...

First, clear the logs with SETUP MENU > SYSTEM SETUP > DATA LOG SETUP > CLEAR ALL DATA, and try the update again. If that doesn't work, contact Dynon. You may need to do a full factory reset.

Don’t know if this might be your problem, but another person mentioned having a similar issue in another post. The message appeared to be referencing the USB drive space, as the update software first copies a backup of your settings etc. to the USB drive before loading the new firmware, so check the remaining capacity of the USB drive too. Or just try another USB drive.
