Irritating "SPD" audible warning

All to often, when I taxi before or after landing my D1000T unit displays a yellow "SPD" message accompanied by an audible warning. Is there anyway to disable this or set the speed at which it is triggered? It's not something I want distracting me on the takeoff roll.

It will only audibly alert if you have the Flight Director engaged or Autopilot engaged.

As you notice, this doesn't appear to happen on the takeoff roll. That's because getting to zero speed turns things off for you. To prevent this, turn off the FD when you are landing, not just the AP servos.
