joy stick failure?

My #2 joystick is acting very erratic. It is bad enough that I have put it in a useless position like vertical speed, and put a piece of tape over it.
I assume that I must sent the entire unit in for repair?

Afraid so Please contact Dynon Technical Support to set up a Return Material Authorization (RMA) to ship it back for repair.
