Jumping Horizon Display

I loaded 3.2 and sitting in the hangar with the door up GPS reception is intermittent. When it comes and goes the horizon rises up quickly and drops again. I have not flown this version FW yet as I'm finishing a couple of other items.
Is this normal as I have not seen this with any previous FW? I can't say for sure that the other conditions (GPS intermittent) were ever the same either.
Generally it just keeps getting better and better. I really appreciate not over promising or releasing very buggy FW. Had enough of that with BMA.

When it fails, do you get a red X, or a question mark?

If it's a question mark, you have poor reception. If it's an X, you have another issue.

We've had no reports of issues with GPS under 3.2, so it was likely just a bad reception day for GPS in your hangar.

The attitude is jumping because the bad reception is causing the system to jump in and out of GPS assist mode while you have zero airspeed. This won't happen in flight if GPS fails.
