Kavlico sensors

We have installed several Dynon systems over the last 16 years. Both the 100 series and Sky view. In the last two years we have had trouble with Kavlico sensors. Have had three oil pressure sensors that did not work. Replaced one with another Kavlico and two others with GRT sensors and they all work fine. The oil temp sender on a D10A fluctuated wildly and read 25 degrees to high. the AMP gauge would also fluctuate but when I turned off the field both oil temp and AMPs would settle down. Replaced it with another Kavlico and same thing. Meticulously went through all the grounds and connections. Replaced it with a GRT sensor and it is now rock solid and reads right on the money. Never had any problems with the older VDO type senders just these Kavlicos.

If you used the two wire GRT sensors, could you possibly answer a question in this thread about wiring? I think I know the answer, but don't want to say without knowing for sure. Should be the same wiring scheme for temp and pressure sensors.

Oil Temperature Line Very Erratic

The oil temperature line is very erratic. All of the other indications are steady. See attached. The oil temp probe is screwed into the oil filter adapter and the engine is properly grounded to the EMS (all of the other sensors are fine so I presume that this is the case. I cannot imagine...
