Keep alive power for EMS D120

If I don't connect the keep alive line, will the EMS keep the cumulative hobbs / tach times or will the erase when the power is turned off?

No. Those are stored in non-volatile memory. The only thing you will not get is an accurate clock (unless it gets an update from GPS)
