LOADING LISTS

I have a d100 and have been trying to load my aircraft checklists using the support program.
I can communicate with the unit , retrieve the software version but when I enter new lists and click the upload button the d100 screen goes yellow with the logo and a message " loading .... warning loss of power etc etc . and stay in this condition for > 20 minutes . The program on the PC then hangs and I have to cause a loss of power on the unit .

Please help urgently .

this is really dumb replying to my own post but just to mention that I tried the loading of checklists on another computer with the regular db9 serial port and no usb converter and everything worked just great . Sorry about the initial post .

We've found that people have issues with USB-serial converters if they already have the EFIS plugged into them when they connect the USB end to their computer. Thes connections are often more reliable when the USB-serial converter is connected to the computer before anything else is connected or loaded. Next, load the Dynon Support Software. Finally, connect the EFIS to the usb-serial converter.
