Lost "Bitchen Betty"

need help, cannot figure out why Bitchen Betty disappeared?? Did some mapping updates and she was working fine before that. Had the avionics shop even check the settings all said it was on??? Help??

Do you have multiple displays? And if so, is the audio out from both connected to your audio panel/intercom? One way to test if there's an issue with a multiple display setup (assuming everything is ostensibly wired up) is to turn on only one display at a time and see if one produces audio and not the other.

I do have dual displays?? ill check it thanks
