If I do not have the keep alive 12v or the internal battery, does my D180 keep in memory the magnetic inclination angle and intensity when I switch it off ?

Yes it does. But technically that doesn't matter, since those numbers are only used during the calibration process. If you change them after a cal, nothing changes until you redo a calibration. Once calibrated, the system auto adjusts for inclination and intensity.

What would really matter is all your airspeed colors, checklists, engine monitor limits, units, and a ton of other settings. But they are all stored in memory that doesn't get erased on loss of power. The only thing you don't get with permanent power is the keeping of time.
