Map disappears at high range

I have two SV1000 connected to one ADAHRS. There's seems to be an anomaly with the map. The map works fine on the right screen, but when I increase the range to higher than 30 NM on the left screen, the map disappears on this screen. The right screen remains the same. Has anyone else had this experience?

Under LOCAL SCREEN SETUP > INSTALLED DATABASES, is there a "low res" database listed?

The map database is high resolution and the left screen still doesn't want to do higher ranges than 30 NM. Any other ideas what might cause this?

You need the low res database too (it should be pre-installed from the factory), as terrain very far out from your current position isn't drawn in as much detail. So again, is there a low res database listed as well on that screen?

Thanks for reply. Only high res is listed on the setup page for left screen. I will check if the right screen (which works fine) has the low res in addition.

If the low res data base is missing, how do I reinstall it? Is it included in the terrain database for Europe on the download site?

We're not sure how you could end up missing the low-res data as all units ship out of here with it installed. But here is the link to download it. It's much smaller than any of the high-res regions:

I checked today, and both the lowres data and the Dynon Avdata were missing. Perhaps the aircraft factory (new plane) who installed the equipment somehow deleted these databases if that's possible. Thanks anyhow for the link. Does it install the same way as the high res database?
