I believe it started with the addition of ADSB in, but the 60 mile speed ring around Washington DC is shaded red which makes it very hard to see the class B and more importantly the SFRA. I don't worry too much about the speed limit but not being able to see the worlds safest airspace is critical. The can and chase you down. Haven't shot anybody down yet but deadly force is authorized! :'( Is this a great country or what? Your tax dollars at work.
